These terms govern your use of the aboha.io website, operated by Aboha ("we", "us"). By browsing this site or submitting a form, you agree to them. They don't cover the separate Tasdeeq by Aboha product application, which has its own terms of service.
What this site is
aboha.io is Aboha's marketing website — information about our products (Tasdeeq is live today; Digital Invoicing, ERP for Distributors, and Withholding Compliance are coming soon) and a way to reach our sales team. It doesn't process payments or issue FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) invoices — that happens inside the Tasdeeq by Aboha product itself, under its own terms.
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully and in good faith: don't try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false or malicious information through our forms, or use it to distribute malware or spam. We may block access for anyone who does.
Our content
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to Aboha unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to link to it; please don't reproduce it wholesale without asking us first.
Liability
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Aboha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update this site, its content, or these terms at any time. Material changes to these terms will move the "Last reviewed" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
